You will initially join as a Talent Manager, focusing on recruitment delivery and supporting existing clients. With ongoing internal and external training, the role will naturally progress into a Consultant position, where you will take full ownership of roles and client relationships.
You will inherit and play a key part of growing and establishing your own permanent desk.
