You will answer all incoming calls, order parts for workshop, efficiently organise the service engineers workloads, raising of job cards, update customers on repairs, monthly stock checks, deal with warranty claims, internal invoicing, general supporting administration and other ad hoc duties.
You will work closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders, helping to ensure accurate and timely financial information across the business.
