You will attend and support grievance meetings, complete RTW (return to work) forms and support other aspects of disciplinary hearings To be successful within this Warehouse Manager position you will ideally have previous experience of operating as a Warehouse Manager in a large and fast paced retail distribution operation.

You will bring a pragmatic and user-centered approach to data architecture, ensuring that data architecture, governance, processes and technologies meet the needs of users and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design, data engineering, technology, and delivery.

You should have a degree in software engineering or a related engineering/science discipline with relevant software development experience.

You will work a 37.5 hour flexible working pattern, that allows an early finish on a Friday.

You will ensure the team is set up to accept, prioritize and deliver work for multiple products/projects and deliver to client’s standards with enduring quality. Your responsibilities:

You will lead and develop our Supply Chain and Logistics team, based between our sites in Livingston and Edinburgh BioQuarter, so occasional travel to Edinburgh will be required.

You will play a key role in ensuring software quality across multiple test phases, working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and project leads to identify issues early and ensure smooth delivery.
