You will have previous experience of working as a Store Manager in fast paced, high volume retail setting.
You must be able to problem solve and think on your feet, alongside this you will be a people person, have the ability to plan and co-ordinate resources and be passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
You will need to have experience within a large-scale customer operation, ideally from the Insurance industry, but we consider applicants from other regulated areas.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences;• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
You should be capable of managing diverse product categories and multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record in scientific presentations and publications. This role works an average 39 hours per week Monday – Friday, and is eligible for Hybrid Working.
You should also have at least five years of experience in consumer goods packaging development (including hard packaging), or a similar environment, and experience in technology sourcing and innovation management.
You will assess the value and benefits of technology, identify intellectual property, and assures proper steps are taken to protect the company's assets.
You will be able to work at a fast pace, making quick decisions leading teams merchandising stock to an excellent standard.
You will be leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers carrying out tasks required by the client.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
