You will support the Claims and Operational areas of the business, and will take the lead on learning lessons from previous customer complaints, Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) decisions, as well guidance and policy provided by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and industry news & trends to address any underlying issues.

You will serve as the primary resource for interpreting complex cost data for non-financial stakeholders. Successful candidates must possess exceptional presentation skills and the ability to translate technical financial details into strategic business recommendations that guide management decisions.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape the future state of business processes, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and maximise the value of the Student Information System SaaS solution for the University. Location: UK – flexible working arrangements available, including the possibility of full remote work

You will analyse complex datasets, identify trends, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to unlock revenue growth opportunities and remediate gaps related to model risk policy requirements on data documentation and quality control. Key Responsibilities - Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
