You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and exceptional operational standards across all exam cycles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing processes end‑to‑end, and is confident working with data systems to support student outcomes.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will be responsible for: - Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, residents, and contractors. - Coordinating maintenance, repair works, and inspections, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Preparing and managing service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring financial records are accurate.

You will have a wealth of previous Site Management experience gained building multi-storey residential apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes or student accommodation.

You will be confident reading drawings, plans and managing budgets; in addition to the site team and subcontractors.
