You will be expected to cover throughout Highlands & Islands.
You will be reporting directly to a Locality Manager, and you will be responsible for ensuring, within your Service(s), that VSS’s local service development and delivery plan is being implemented within your geographical area(s).
You should be able to lead and motivate site personnel, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and productivity. You would also need to be able to identify and address any issues or obstacles that arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
