You will join a team of Insight Analysts to support the Mobility Services Insight function in the expansion of our analytical capabilities.

You should be comfortable working with numbers, enjoy problem solving, confident to challenge the status quo using strong communication skills.

You will drive the design and implementation of BI solutions while collaborating closely with senior leaders to translate business needs into data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in BI, strong technical skills in Microsoft tools, and excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.

You will execute projects that combine strategic insight with tech-forward solutions to deliver end-to-end, decision-ready outputs for clients. The role requires intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, creativity, and structured strategic thinking, with strong client engagement and clear opportunities for professional growth as a trusted extension of client teams.

You will undertake financial modelling, valuation analysis and due diligence for acquisitions, working closely with senior stakeholders to help shape strategic decision making, through valuable financial insight.

You will also have exposure to c-suite senior leadership team, presenting key findings to support growth ambitions.

You will work across a variety of complex analytical problems, owning experimentation end-to-end—even when ideal conditions such as user randomisation or high statistical power are not present.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reports, examining trends and key metrics to highlight opportunities for improvement. Part of your role will involve strengthening the data infrastructure, enhancing accessibility and usability through tools like SQL, Python, BigQuery, and Excel, and recommending improvements for ongoing efficiency.
