You will report to the Distribution Director Europe, based in Cambrai (France).

You will lead a large, multi-skilled engineering function of around 50 colleagues, including two Team Managers and teams made up of engineers, technicians, technical assistants, and an apprentice. Operating within a 24/7 environment, you will balance hands-on technical troubleshooting with strategic leadership, ensuring automation and MHE systems perform safely, reliably, and efficiently.

You will effectively manage pharmaceutical stock from ordering, de-blistering and filing as well as maintaining the cleanliness at the Numark assembly centre and all of the assembly equipment.

You will have previous experience of working in a customer focused environment as well as completing administrative tasks and accurately maintaining records.
