You will be working alongside the current cleansing teams maintaining the town centre and wider streets to the standards required to provide a place in which people want to live, work and visit.
You will be required to engage with residents in the local community and work proactively with all members of the wider team.
You will work in our Care services across Northumberland and North Tyneside supporting customers with Learning Disabilities to live their best life.
You will be supported by a Registered Manager ensuring you can support the team while maintaining CQC compliance.
You will ensure the competence of your team through a process of observation and assessment, coaching and directing as required.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
