You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
You will be responsible for developing innovative customer experiences across a wide variety of channels and devices, leading user‐experience activities on key projects and initiatives.
You will collaborate with multi‐disciplinary teams to create innovative experiences for clients.
You will also mentor others, advocate for inclusive design, and bring clarity to complex projects.
