You will help ensure effective monitoring, support applicants and colleagues, and contribute to process improvements. You will support a wider programme around visibility and the strategic use of data within infrastructure, considering links to policy directives around Busting Bureaucracy, the developing NIHR digital strategy and system operability issues with NHS and University systems.
You will be comfortable dealing with complexity and developing an approach to balance the needs of different stakeholders.
You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.
You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.
You will work and collaborate with the MD, commercial, and operational teams to maximise the performance of the business.
You will challenge and support these teams to help achieve targets.
You will review tender submissions and assist with ad-hoc financial requests.
You will also liaise with internal and external auditors.
