You will help ensure effective monitoring, support applicants and colleagues, and contribute to process improvements. The role also includes capturing project outputs and assessing their impact on patient benefit. Key Accountabilities - Support the full funding cycle, including theme development, applicant guidance, and reviewing applications for eligibility and scope

You will support a wider programme around visibility and the strategic use of data within infrastructure, considering links to policy directives around Busting Bureaucracy, the developing NIHR digital strategy and system operability issues with NHS and University systems.

You will be comfortable dealing with complexity and developing an approach to balance the needs of different stakeholders.

You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.

You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

You will work and collaborate with the MD, commercial, and operational teams to maximise the performance of the business.

You will challenge and support these teams to help achieve targets.

You will review tender submissions and assist with ad-hoc financial requests.

You will also liaise with internal and external auditors.

You will need to be based within reasonable commuting distance of West London as will be office based when not travelling.
