You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will support digital transformation by improving system usage, ensuring high-quality data capture, and contributing to real-time performance reporting. A proactive mindset, strong IT and Excel skills, and the ability to learn quickly are essential. Experience with SQL, Power BI, and system integrations is beneficial but not essential.
