You will provide comprehensive administrative support within the SEN Service Business Support Team, including raising and processing orders and invoices.

You will help maintain and improve departmental systems, regularly updating databases and spreadsheets.

You will deliver a wide range of administrative functions with confidence and efficiency.

You will be enrolled as Business Administration Level 3 , which will help you develop your skills and knowledge and can take up to 18 Months to complete. Key Responsibilities: Collate and input Functional Skills exam data into the MIS system. Register apprentices on the BKSB e-learning platform.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will be responsible for the efficient coordination, recordkeeping, and compliance of the company’s vehicle fleet, as well as performing general administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
