You will be assigned a mentor who will provide you in depth training on all the company's machinery and processes while ensuring you progress into a senior position. At the beginning of your career there will be occasional overnight stays and national travel during training periods with all expenses paid for.

You will also play a key strategic role in pre-construction, influencing bid strategy, risk profile, and commercial approach on major tenders. Due to the nature of the position, you will ideally match the following: - Currently operating at Tier 1 Main Contractor level within a Commercial Fit Out division, or with a traditional fit-out contractor delivering CAT A and CAT B projects.

You will have previous experience working on component level repairs, as well as soldering and testing of equipment.
