You will provide hands-on support for networking and communications solutions, with a particular focus on Wave Relay® MANET systems, supporting both internal teams and external customers across the UK and Europe.

You will play a key part in ensuring successful project delivery and supporting the evolution of Steatite’s communications technology.

You will only need to work the day shift from now until Jan. Jan onwards will then include the afternoon shift on a weekly rota ● Week 1: Days - Mon to Thursday & Friday Now until Jan) ● Week 2: Afternoon - 14.00 – 22.30 Mon to Thursday & Friday 11.30 – 17.30

You will almost always be having a real conversation, not following a script. The team also carries out operational processes, including administering gas supply switches and meter readings. This involves a variety of regular tasks, including requesting and recording information from customers (such as meter readings) and the handling of customer requests and queries.
