You will support and configure Juniper SRX series routers, contribute to BAU operations, and provide technical guidance to colleagues. Key Responsibilities for 2nd Line WAN Network Engineer Support and configure Juniper SRX routers across the WAN estate. Deliver technical 2nd line network support and handle escalations.
