You will have a thorough understanding of the planning system and be suitably experienced in dealing with land contracts.
You will be experienced in identifying, resourcing, securing and realising the potential of strategic land under option or promotion contract.
You will understand our corporate vision and be instrumental in ensuring our values are upheld.
You will receive and scrutinise reports, carry out site visits, and liaise between our agents and MTVH departments, teams and contractors to ensure compliance and smooth service delivery.
You will be someone who works collaboratively at all levels to solve problems, develop solutions and deliver positive outcomes.
You will be responsible for gaining new distribution opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within the independent convenience retail & wholesale sector, as well as driving range expansion and brand presence within retailers who already stock IVG.
You will join taking the reins to build a long-term roadmap that moves beyond tactical fixes and into sustainable, strategic growth. This role will report to the Head of Change and Strategy. To be considered for the the role you will require the following:
