You will produce weekly work schedules relating to inspection and repairs and ensure that the necessary resources are made available when required.

You will support customers to maintain a high degree of health and wellbeing by providing high quality care within provider services ensuring that they are treated with respect and their dignity is maintained.

You will work every other weekend between then hours of 08:00am through to 22:00pm.
You must be creative and self-motivating with a strong customer care ethic.
You will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills and the value of promoting independence.
You will be providing support from the Reablement service in the person’s home.
