You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Field Services and Operations and have regular contact with customers. This role can be based full time at any of our Sharpsmart sites. Your role will involve - Creating NPS Strategy to include survey personalised calls and feedback loop

You will be responsible for ensuring the technical and electrical compliance of our schemes. Using your knowledge and experience to set up solid processes and spot potential safety issues.

You will be primarily based in the Durham depot with national site-based requirements dependent on our scheme.

You must be IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook - Knowledge of COINS is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided

You will be required to engage with all stakeholders of the service, acting as an Ambassador of Bernicia, promoting and endorsing the positive work that we do across our communities in the Bernicia way.

You will also be able to demonstrate experience of working in a customer focused environment where the customer comes first.

You will help us deliver consistently high levels of service to our customers, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to compliment a customer’s needs, offering genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our all products. You could have previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant or in a Customer Care environment.

You will be expected to support Customers to meet their personal care needs, including administration of medication.
