You will be communicating directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat. The purpose of the job is to provide a fantastic customer experience by always responding quickly and professionally. The suitable candidate will be welcomed into the team where they will work alongside established, skilled consultants to help 'raise the bar' in terms of customer experience.
You will evidence good all-round technical knowledge, adept in using MS Office applications and in particular, Excel, to an intermediate standard (V Lookup/Pivot tables). In addition, you will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to contact internal colleagues with a polite, professional telephone and email manner.
You will be taking calls from customers and helping to resolve their IT issues; you will be the first point of contact for our client’s customers.
You will be resolving incidents using your own initiative, knowledge and problem-solving skills, using remote support tools to remotely solve and fix issues, keeping customers up to date throughout the incident life cycle.

You will liaise on a daily basis with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including our homeowners, Lodge Managers, internal teams such as sales and finance, contractors and suppliers. Occasionally, you may be required to visit retirement developments across the country, so you’ll need a driving licence and be willing to travel.
