You will ensure all imported products meet UK legal requirements whilst supporting issue resolution, managing technical administration, and taking part in internal audits.

You will be part of a supportive team doing all sorts of things – from security and searches at the gate, to managing deliveries, supervising visitors, and monitoring phone calls and CCTV. It’s a varied and active job involving tasks which combine some desk duties with more physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and walking to escort vehicles across the prison grounds.

You will help us deliver consistently high levels of service to our customers, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to compliment a customer’s needs, offering genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our all products. You could have previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant or in a Customer Care environment.

You will enable customers to maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes. Our services are customer-led, and we support our customers to achieve their personal outcomes, by using an outcome-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: When required, liaise with Social Workers, District Nurses, and other agency professionals within the multidisciplinary team.
