You will be a senior escalation point for all technical issues, from end‐user environments to networking and cloud services.
You will support all desktop, laptop and mobile devices across Mac and Windows environments.
You will maintain and troubleshoot Football Performance systems including GPS, video capture, analysis software, and data syncing tools.
You will work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll bring Good knowledge of the Motor Claims market and ability to identify opportunities.
