You will be the face of GWR hospitality, supporting colleagues, taking initiative, and making every journey special.

You must be flexible and able to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will need to live within 45 to 60 minutes of the station for this role.

You will work with the Maintenance Manager to also assist in areas such as Continuous Improvements. This role would suit an Engineer or Technician from a mechanical or electrical background. Training is provided though candidates from a Maintenance or REME background are encouraged to apply.

You will manage customer enquiries, prepare and process quotations and orders, and track progress from order through to delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional service at every stage. You'll be acting as the go-to contact for an established customer base.

You will be required to provide evidence of these. Holiday entitlement will be based on 29 days (pro rata) per annum rising to 33 days (pro rata) per annum after 5 completed year’s continuous service.

You must be 18 years old or over and have an understanding of what the role entails and be able to follow instruction.
