You will lead on-site teams to deliver safe, well-maintained, and professional environments, ensuring maintenance, cleaning, and security standards are upheld at all times.
You will foster a service-led culture where customer satisfaction is central to every decision, monitoring feedback closely and implementing improvement plans where required.
You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You’ll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.
You must be over the age of 18 years old. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY • Picking customer orders across the store ready for delivery or click and collect. • Manual handling of heavy stock. • Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
You will liaise with managers, maintenance teams, and subcontractors, overseeing remedial works and maintaining accurate documentation. This role also involves promoting cost control, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing customer satisfaction ratings.
You will also be expected to track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of the business. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments to ensure that THX consistently exceeds customer expectations and delivers a seamless experience.
You will play a vital role in ensuring they maintain high standards of service, accuracy, and efficiency across all stages of their member and intermediary journey, from onboarding to ongoing support and retention. You will be key in providing practical and emotional support to vulnerable people to help them sustain their homes and live in the community, monitoring their wellbeing and referring onto more specialist staff if necessary.
