customer support executive jobs in Trowbridge

You will be the first point of contact to assist customers with their online subscription enquiries and account management.

You will play a key role in providing information and support to a global customer base and creating a unique customer experience through inbound calling line, webchat and responding to emails.

You will be part of a supportive team doing all sorts of things – from security and searches at the gate, to managing deliveries, supervising visitors, and monitoring phone calls and CCTV. It’s a varied and active job involving tasks which combine some desk duties with more physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and walking to escort vehicles across the prison grounds.

You will ensure all imported products meet UK legal requirements whilst supporting issue resolution, managing technical administration, and taking part in internal audits.

You will have a strong understanding of retailer codes of practice, relevant food legislation, and customer management.

You will oversee team performance, training, and development, act as the first escalation point for complex queries, and support the wider business with reporting and data analysis. Alongside leadership responsibilities, you will also play a hands-on role in day-to-day customer service activities.

You will be responsible for: Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by: I ensure the van and trays I use are clean and kept tidy/organised. Leaving the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and picking up litter as I see it. Ensuring trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.
