You will be responsible for: Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by: I ensure the van and trays I use are clean and kept tidy/organised. Leaving the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and picking up litter as I see it. Ensuring trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.
You will work closely with the CEO, Board, and Senior Leadership Team to shape the organisation’s future and deliver high-quality services for our tenants. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight across operational and strategic functions, ensuring effective performance and delivery.
You will provide both practical and emotional support, address safeguarding and welfare needs, monitor wellbeing, and keep accurate records for compliance. Every day is different, and while the role can be challenging, it is also highly rewarding for someone who is resilient, empathetic, and people focused.
You must be very personable, extremely self-motivated, have exceptional communication skills. This position has genuine incredible earning potential and is one that greatly rewards sales achievement. Basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, with top performers here earning around double this amount through bonus earnings.
You must be based in the UK and able to attend 4 weeks’ training in Scotland which will need to be self-funded - We are unable to sponsor visas at this time
You will report to FIT Team Leader UK, which may change at some point in the future. Depending on role - Some international travel may be required and will be in compliance with the company's Business Travel Policy.
