You will be liaising with contractors as well as prospective customers looking to gain access to new build homes across the region, as well as ensuring the properties meet the expectations needed for viewings!

You will be supporting with rent to buy applications, shared ownership applications and general enquiries to the team!

You will be responsible for: Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by: I ensure the van and trays I use are clean and kept tidy/organised. Leaving the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and picking up litter as I see it. Ensuring trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.

You will be working at Crossley Manor, a modernised low secure service that supports women over the age of 18 with complex emotional and mental health conditions which are associated with significant risk behaviours.

You will join a small team that is committed to empowering recovery and encouraging independence within a residential environment, consisting of two apartments.
