You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships and communication for all aspects of service and delivery. Address customer inquiries via phone, CRM systems, live chat, or instant messaging.
You will be working with Customers who are primarily in arrears and you will help by ensuring their account is resolved by agreeing and negotiating repayments that are affordable and sustainable to the Customer. This will also include options of a direct debit, the booking of a pre-payment meter or a arranging a meter change of mode on certain account types.
You will work closely with customers to understand their circumstances, offering support by agreeing affordable and sustainable repayment solutions. A key part of this role is treating customers with empathy and respect, ensuring fair outcomes and positive customer experiences.
