You will lead and develop a team, from within the Temporary Works CoE department, providing safe, practical and economical designs for internal clients to a high standard of professional competence and in compliance with company procedures. This role can be based at our Leeds, Solihull, or Kilsyth, Scotland office, with a hybrid working schedule.
You will manage your own projects, act as the primary client contact and work closely with senior leadership to help refine cost management processes, systems and data as the team grows. Projects are predominantly within healthcare and education, with increasing exposure to residential and other sectors.
You will act on a range of high-value, high-profile and complex litigation cases including those for retailers with extensive property portfolios.
You will handle your own matters (with supervision) and assist the Partners and more senior members of the team on more complex matters.
