You will be the go-to person for any questions throughout their journey and support with show-rounds. By working collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing and Well-being teams, you will support with building the homes profile within the community, promoting the home at networking events and through social media platforms.

You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

You will work night shifts, 9pm to 7:30am on a 4 on 4 off rolling rota 36.75 hours per week.

You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time.

You will collaborate with clients to identify housing-related support needs, completing risk assessments and support plans.

You will work with key stakeholders within Housing, Health & Social Care, Probation Services, and other community programmes, forging partnerships to deliver client-centred support.

You will oversee customer interactions, ensure departmental performance, and manage aftersales operations.
