You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities:Manage customer relationships and communication for all aspects of service and delivery. Address customer inquiries via phone, CRM systems, live chat, or instant messaging.
You will be costing the work and raising invoices from job card/repair orders.
You will be responsible for reporting time, hours sold, statistics and budgetary information as and when required.

You will hold a recognised professional tax qualification or the equivalent gained by experience.

You will be working in a fast paced environment, supporting employees with all people related task. The role offers flexibility between 35-40 hours per week and hybrid working (maximum 2 days per week) once probation is passed.
You will help us deliver consistently high levels of service to our customers, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to compliment a customer’s needs, offering genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our all products. You could have previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant or in a Customer Care environment.
You will also work on the shopfloor and other areas of the store as and when required, this may include working stock, cash handling, till work, take to car deliveries, stock control routines, restaurant service– an ideal opportunity to gain more skills and experience Who we are looking for
You will almost always be having a real conversation, not following a script. The team also carries out operational processes, including administering gas supply switches and meter readings. This involves a variety of regular tasks, including requesting and recording information from customers (such as meter readings) and the handling of customer requests and queries.
You will achieve this by:Supporting two sites in Nuneaton and one in Rugby (mileage paid when required to go to Rugby)Answering the phones and greeting visitors to their centresAssisting with organising meetings and diary managementDistributing post and updating their databasesAny ad-hoc duties (this is a very varied role)
