Lead a team, provide customer service, manage store operations, and support the store manager.

You will need to have knowledge and/or experience of rent arrears recovery and pre-action protocol for rent arrears.

You must have: * Previous service experience, be able to work as part of the team, but also when necessary, on your own. To be reliable, consciences, customer focused, work under pressure, computer literate and able to meet deadlines. Experience with Pinewood Pinnacle system or similar computer systems would be advantageous, but not essential.
You will be supporting the team, ensuring the highest level of customer service is given to existing customers.
