You will be a valued member of a team, providing support through a variety of communications, accurate recording of data and various tasks that impact on our services, taking inbound and outbound calls from our branches and customers.

You will be accountable for leading, developing and supporting a team of Customer Services Advisors, maintaining service standards and driving improvements across customer experience, sampling and display initiatives. This is a manufacturing environment, where product satisfaction and order progressing are key.

You must be confident in talking to prospective clients and candidates. There is great potential to exceed the advertised salary based on your own efforts and work commitment. Ongoing training is provided with individuals encouraged to successfully develop within the company.

You will assist office-based staff and offer technical advice regarding the remedial solutions, and where required carry out repairs, and complete works on time and within the first visit We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.

You will oversee care for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours, supported by multiple large staff teams across several homes. This is a hands-on leadership role, with significant time spent in the community supporting both staff and clients, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across all services.
