Customer Service Assistant jobs in Glasgow

You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do.

You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service at every stage of the rental process. This will include working in our car parks to assist our customers at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience.

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.

You will be the face of our store, providing great service and going the extra mile to delight our customers. From handling transactions to managing stock and ensuring health & safety compliance, you will help keep our store running smoothly and successfully.

You will aspire to go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will get involved with preparing the vehicles for rental and the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers other branches.

You will also take part in conducting daily fleet and vehicle checks.
