Customer Service Assistant jobs in Eynsham

You will assist customers, provide excellent service, and handle stock management, including loading, unloading, and maintaining a tidy workspace. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good attention to detail, and preferably hold a Counterbalance Forklift License.

You will aspire to go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will get involved with preparing the vehicles for rental and the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers other branches.

You will also take part in conducting daily fleet and vehicle checks.

You will be joining our team of 5 full time mechanics maintaining and repairing our sleeper coach and splitter van fleet in our purpose built workshops, located at our Begbroke site (OX5 1RG). There will also be some assisting with maintenance of our LCV fleet as the schedule allows
