You will predominantly be dealing face to face with customers at their property, investigating drainage problems and applying the correct techniques to resolve problems on the Wastewater Network.

You will be the face of United Utilities, providing excellent Customer Service often in difficult circumstances and all weathers.

You will need to be mobile in this role and so you will need a driving licence by the time that your apprenticeship begins. We’ll contribute up to £500 towards driving lessons and tests to help to get you on the road which you can claim back* when you start your apprenticeship.
