You will be responsible for the accurate recording of data and providing exceptional customer service.

You will need to have a confident telephone manner and relish working in a fast-paced environment.

You will have a positive attitude and be able to multitask effectively to achieve a desired outcome.

You will provide a proactive and reactive service to make sure that our customers meet all of their financial arrangements in-line with their own financial goals.

You will receive all the tools you need to be able to do this role in your company lead Training and time in Grad Bay.

You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship by your local team and line manager, and you will be given time to carry out your studies with the provider etc.
