You will support our customers with calls relating to council tax, council tax support, housing benefit, Non-Domestic Rates and Corporate services and Liberata will offer a full/ extensive training programme to help you develop all the skills and knowledge you will need with the opportunity for progression with a pay increase to reflect!

You will demonstrate good communication, initiative and strong customer focus ability and work in close collaboration with your team colleagues, Sales, Business Partners and Operations colleagues (both local and within ZOLL Corporate). Receiving customer orders and to get them entered into the Oracle system.

You will be joining a collaborative team, working closely with the business development and account management teams, to support with the coordination of client contract requirements within the facilities management industry.

You will follow planned routes, using PDA devices to confirm collections and manage any site access issues. We use in-cab technology but if you can operate a satellite navigation device and a smart phone, you will have no problem with these.

You will return to your allocated depot every day.
