You will help ensure every property meets our quality standards and is fully ready for our customers to move in and feel at home.

You will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8.00am to 3.30pm.

You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Moray to meet the operational requirements of the Service. Due to the rural nature of Moray this is normally undertaken by use of a car/van. Welcoming, non-judgemental and reassuring approach to clients.

You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in⁃store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high performing team.

You will work closely with new and existing customers ensuring that all orders and work is onboarded correctly, well planned into production and key metrics like customer satisfaction, cost control, quality and delivery on time in full and right first time are met.
