You will be the backbone of our business by supporting and being there for our customers. You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
You will be answering inbound calls to support and guide customers through their health claims journey. Whether it’s overnight care, outpatient treatment, diagnostic tests, scans, or aftercare, you will help & support our customers to get the specialist private treatment they need, when they need it.
You will leverage your excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure contracts and support clients in bringing effective, high-quality liquid formulation products to market. The hybrid role requires field engagement through customer visits and participation in trade shows, with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
You will be contracted to the NRW office at the above location and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
