You will be the main point of contact for all parts queries from customers and your branch colleagues. Key Responsibilities:• Build and develop relationships with customers, delivering a first-class service, pro-actively keeping customers up to date and ensuring customer requirements are met.

You will be costing the work and raising invoices from job card/repair orders.

You will be responsible for reporting time, hours sold, statistics and budgetary information as and when required.

You will receive full training on our systems, however a basic understanding will give you a great start.
