You will be part of the Public Safety and Security unit that develops, deploys and supports advanced software applications for mission-critical control room solutions within police forces, fire services, airports, public transport, prisons and other civil security organisations.
You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Manage lift projects from start to finish, including planning, installation, testing, and handover
You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You'll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.
You will play a key technical role within project teams, occasionally acting as Design Manager or Commissioning Manager, depending on project scope and complexity. This position requires both strong technical leadership and hands-on engineering expertise to ensure each project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
You will need to be multi-skilled and be able to take projects from feasibility through to on-site delivery. Project values will range from £200k - £3m and the key skills you will need are:
You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the interdependent and multi-purposed compliance related programs and projects across numerous Reckitt manufacturing sites and external manufacturing organisations.

You will be expected to transport yourself throughout the city to undertake site inspections and will ideally have experience of surveying residential properties. The post holder must be flexible to ensure the operational needs of the Council are met.
