You should be able to work well in a tight-knit team. You're customer service centric - You're customer service centric so you know what good looks like & you are passionate about service delivery. You're great with people - You have good communication skills - you like writing and talking!

You will need to go through a strict vetting process that can take a few months to come through, so a start date will be agreed after clearance is passed and candidates must be able to commit fully if successful after interview. This role could also become Stand-by position.

You will own bottling line maintenance planning and execution, while also looking for opportunities for performance optimisation, design improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. The focus is on building out robust, maintainable systems that reduce downtime, improve repeatability, and support MOMO’s growth.

You will be expected to contribute ideas and provide input into this process.

You will be provided with training to ensure an understanding of the supplier assurance rules and relevant internal and public facing commitments (buyers) - Signed training records for all operational procedures relevant for each colleagues' roles to be collated and held in a way that enable reporting and quick access

You must have vigilance, concentration and common sense as well as the ability to build strong relationships with our customers.

You will need to be confident in communicating with customers and colleagues in both written and spoken English and an appropriate level of numeracy is also important.

You will have excellent customer service and IT skills.

You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload.

You will have the ability to contribute to planning and development of Pacts work and have knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice.
