You will ensure that all customers receive first class service at all times, exceeding their expectations.

You will interpret customer schedules and raise Sales and Work orders to meet these requirements whilst dealing with everyday queries raised by the customer.

You will have good communication skills and be confident on the phone.

You will be responsible for: Always put the customer first and consider them in everything you do. Get to know your customers and serve them with pride.

You must be able to follow instructions either verbal or written. You are reliable and a good timekeeper.
