You will also spend 1-3 days in the workshop, testing and trialling the machinery before it is installed. Founded over a decade ago, this company supply and service fermentation machines, used in breweries and wineries, and pride themselves on their high quality of work and customer satisfaction within their niche industry.
You will work collaboratively on strategy, attend key client meetings alone and together with the GPM, help progress opportunities from initial conversation through to signed Terms of Business and handover to delivery. This is not a standalone sales role.
You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
You will play a vital role in delivering accurate consolidated reporting, improving processes and helping shape the future finance function as the business expands. Working directly with the Finance Director, you will also support modelling, analysis and scenario planning for new commercial initiatives, product developments and strategic opportunities.
You will help to prepare all internal and external financial reporting as well as providing expert timely and insightful financial analysis, to support the business in maximising profitability and efficiency. Day to day duties will consist of: - Prepare monthly management accounts and other financial reports including budgets and KPIs.
You will report directly to the company's Director and have line management responsibility of a finance assistant. Key Responsibilities/Attributes - Responsible for the entire finance function of the business with oversight of all day-to-day finance operations - Management of business cashflow through busy event seasons with large outgoings
You will support senior stakeholders by delivering high-quality financial analysis, improving cost efficiency, and providing actionable insights that support informed decision-making at all levels of the business.
You will provide recommended action plans to budget holders and resource managers, supporting mitigation of financial risks and issues and influencing decision-making across the business.
You will drive the brand’s market share within the Mexican and World Foods category, ensuring the business remains competitive, profitable, and ambitious in its growth targets.
You will naturally capture the distinctiveness of the Gran Luchito 'Great Little Fighter' brand, and lead the sales team whilst embodying our core values of being nimble, authentic, progressive, and inclusive.
You will prepare quotes, liaise with departments for timely operations, and build relationships with customers. Knowledge of heavy plant is essential, and prior experience in a hire desk role is advantageous. Salary up to £37,000.
