You will need to build a strong, collaborative and trusting working relationship with each other and their counterparts within the Operations DepartmentWhat you need as a Process Operator;

You will be IT savvy as the systems are state of the art, automated.

You must be able to work shifts including nights and weekends & Bank Holidays on a rota basis.

You should be skilled in Automation, PLC and SCADA systems—particularly Siemens—and have experience in project management. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring excellent problem‑solving abilities, a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and contractors, and a strong commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
