You will manage your own portfolio of customers, ensuring timely debt collection and collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries and reduce aged debt. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to resolve credit issues, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

You will lead the Legal Operations team of circa 12 colleagues who serve the teams providing legal and governance advice.

You will be responsible for leading on the achievement of the function’s balanced scorecard objectives on budget, headcount, risk and people metrics.

You will also be a member of the Disputes & Operations Leadership team, reporting to the General Counsel, Disputes & Operations.
