You will be the voice for Aster and the first point of contact for all customers that call us.

You will help customers in many ways, take control of situations and find resolutions for your customers.

You will have experience working in a customer service role with the ability to handle customer complaints and problem-solve effectively.

You will be driving a manual Class 2 vehicle and required to complete 9 to 12 drops across the local area, mainly using a HIAB with brick grab. Delivering building materials, timber, bricks, blocks and sheet materials. This could be to regular customers, building sites or other depots.
