You will have 4 main areas of responsibility: Managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process and delivering aftercare service to the highest standards. Overseeing all customer operational requirements and service for a portfolio of clients, including regular meetings, data preparation and tracking, and occasional on-site visits.
You will be responsible for proactively managing customer enquiries, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and ensuring a high standard of sales administration and customer service across your designated territory.
